Young athletes in the Pittsburgh area, had a unique, incredible experience on May 18 when they were invited to attend a youth football camp hosted by Teammates for Kids as a part of Garth' s Stadium Tour.
Shaun Suisham, former Steelers placekicker, along with his coaching staff, ran the athletes through drills and scrimmages to develop their gridiron skills.

The camp participants, 80 boys and girls, attended the camp at Carlynton High School at no charge, thanks to the generosity of Teammates for Kids. The young people represented the Allegheny YMCA, Auberie 412, Big Brothers and Big Sisters Pittsburgh, Carlynton Schools, Every Child Inc., Holy Family Institute, Kids in Seats, Pittsburgh Flag Football, Project Destiny inc. and Tickets for Kids Charities.

Teammates For Kids presents the Good Teammate Award at each youth sports camp they sponsor. The award recognizes the young athletes who best demonstrate the traits of a Total Teammate, including leadership, toughness, unselfishness, and respect for the game and all of its participants. In Pittsburgh, Good Teammate Awards were presented to: Damir Burks, age 8; Tadj Cohen, age 11; and Noah Hall, age 12.

Teammates will continue to partner with Brooks to hold youth sports camps at every city on his Stadium Tour. Teammate athletes in each city will volunteer their time to coach kids in football, basketball, baseball, hockey, or soccer.nike air max 1 Shoes
